About me

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I graduated from Ohio University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s of Science in journalism. I also minored in marketing and specialized in visual communication and media arts studies. I completed five internships during my undergraduate career, including an internship at the Times Union newspaper in Albany, New York.

At Ohio University, I served as editor-in-chief at the student fashion publication, Thread Magazine. I led an award-winning staff of 28 executive members and 200 general staff content creators across a range of editorial and creative sections. I also served as the project/long-form editor at the campus student newspaper, The Post. Additionally, I co-produced and co-hosted an award-winning podcast titled, “What Happens on Court, Stays on Court.” My co-host, Tate Raub and I explored the cultural and entertainment scene in Athens, Ohio.

I am now pursing my master’s degree in journalism and public affairs at American University, with a concentration in investigative journalism. I’ve conducted Congressional and Supreme Court coverage through my extensive coursework, as well as community reporting in the D.C. area. I also work as a graduate reporting fellow at the Investigative Reporting Workshop, where I assist in research and writing for long-form projects with other partner organizations. I will graduate in June 2025.

I’m currently based in Washington, D.C. I have a wide range of reporting experience, from human interest and pop-culture reporting to Congressional and court coverage. My goal is to one day work as a reporter for the United States Supreme Court.
